Returns
Most items are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted unless an incorrect or defective item has been received.
Eligible Cases
Returns may only be considered if an incorrect item was received or the product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
